We ship to most countries worldwide, for all domestic and international packages. While we strive to deliver goods within the specified time frame, we cannot guarantee deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third-party shipping companies, we cannot accept liability for out-of-pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Processing Time: All orders will take approximately 3-5 business days to process.
Shipping Time: Our shipping time is usually within 7-10 business days to the USA, and 12-15 business days to other countries. However, it may take up to 20 business days to arrive depending on your location and customs clearance. Delivery times may vary during holidays or limited edition launches.
We are not liable for deliveries affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the local carrier in your country, or transportation strikes or delays, nor for any extra fees, customs, or back-end charges incurred.

Changes on Orders

Buyers can make changes to orders within 24 hours of purchase and before orders are fulfilled. Additional charges will be incurred for changes made after 24 hours.

Buyers are not allowed to cancel purchases after orders are placed.

Returns Policy

You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Process for Returning an Item:

Ensure the item meets the criteria for a valid return.
Send a message to indicating the intent to return the item. Please include:
Photo/video of the item (depending on the item).
Tags and labels attached.
We will respond within 24 hours on a business day and assist you in processing the return.

If your return request is accepted, return the item(s) within 7 days.

Ensure the product(s) are in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and with original packaging (if applicable).
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Once we receive the item(s) in the specified condition, we will refund the purchase price and inform you via email.

Acceptable Return Reasons

Your return can only be approved based on the following reasons:

Damaged Item: The product received is damaged.
Incorrect Item: The received product is different from what was ordered.
Product Not as Described: The item does not match its description on the website.
